Returns+Refunds

To start the returns process, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page, but please read the rest of the information before doing so!
RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND:

All items are made with the utmost care, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, I do offer refunds and exchanges on most products!

Return the item unused and in original condition (including labels and tags) with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase and 14 days after delivery was made, and I can offer you either an exchange or refund; as long as the returned product meets my Terms + Conditions.

Please be aware I can only get started on the process when the item has been returned to me; so please be patient, I will be as fast as possible but it can take up to 10 days to receive your refund.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM:
​
If your products develops a fault within 14 days of delivery, please return it to me with proof of purchase and I can offer an exchange or refund (upon inspection). Any requests made after the 14 days are non-refundable, my apologies.

Please note that Sneezies are all individually hand sewn and stuffed, meaning that no two Sneezies are the same. This also means, what people might refer to as "imperfections", are simply what makes that Sneezie unique and are not considered "faulty".
