RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please return the items in their original condition with proof of purchase, and I can either exchange it or offer a refund to you.

BY ORIGINAL CONDITION, I MEAN:

​

1) You've kept all original packaging and labels in good enough condition and the product can be re-sold at full price.

2) You have not used the product.

3) The product is kept in it's original condition.

​

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that if you return a product outside of my returns policy, or if you don't have proof of purchase; I am un-able to process a refund. So keep your receipt or order confirmation handy!

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED:

​

1) Products purchased over 30 days ago.

2) Products without original packaging and labels.

3) Products or packaging in poor condition.

4) Sneezies that have been used and cannot be re-sold at full price (Upon Inspection).

5) Prints that have been de-faced or customised by the customer.

All returns are handled case by case, by myself personally in direct contact with you. This will hopefully make your experience as easy and pleasant as possible!
